Braised Mushrooms with Oysters

Swanson Clear Chicken Broth 500ml
Dried Oysters (Wash and soak in water) 12 pieces
Mushrooms (Soak and remove the stem) 12 pieces
Canned Bamboo Shoots (Sliced) 80gm
Chinese Lettuce (Blanched) 2 stalks
2-3 slices of Ginger
Cornstarch Water

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
1. Steam dried oysters with 1 piece of ginger and 250ml of Swanson Clear Chicken Broth.
2. Heat up 2 tablespoons of oil, saute the ginger, mushrooms, dried oysters and bamboo shoots.
3. Pour in the rest of the Swanson Clear Chicken Broth, stew till fragrant, add in cornstarch water and serve.
