Braised Short Ribs with Mushrooms

Swanson Clear Chicken Broth 250ml
Carrots a few pieces
Spring Onions 1 bunch
Dried Mushrooms (Soak and remove stem) 100gm
Soft Spare Ribs 300gm
Ginger 4 pieces
Cornstarch Water

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
1. Marinate the spare ribs with sesame oil and pepper
2. Heat up 1 tablespoon of oil, saute both ginger and spare ribs.
Add in mushrooms and carrots, continue to stir fry for 30 seconds.
Add in Swanson Clear Chicken Broth and stew till fragrant.
3. Lastly, thicken with cornstarch water, garnish with spring onions and serve
