Baked Chicken Mid-Joint With Lime

1 Can Campbell’s Cream of Chicken
1kg Chicken Mid-joint Wings
3 Shallots, thinly sliced
5 Garlic Cloves, crashed
Zest of 2 Medium Limes
Juice of 1 Medium Lime
1 Teaspoon of Sesame Oil
1 Teaspoon Dark Soya Sauce
½ Tablespoon Cooking Wine
½ Tablespoon Cornflour

Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Serving: 4
1) Marinate chicken mid-joints with Campbell’s Cream of Chicken and the remaining ingredients for at least 10 minutes or overnight in the fridge.

2) Arrange them in baking tray and bake in preheated 180 degree fan-forced oven for 30 minutes or till cooked through. (turning every 10 minutes to cook evenly)

3) Sprinkle some dried chili flakes at last 5 minutes of baking time and serve hot with extra slices of lime.
