Braised Sea Cucumber with Abalone And Mushroom |
Ingredients |
1 Can Swanson Clear Chicken Broth (399 ml)
200ml Water
500g Soaked Sea Cucumber
1 Can Australian Baby Abalone, drained with cold water
10 Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms
15g Black Moss, soaked till expand
1 Bulb of Garlic
1 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce |

Methods |
1. Heat up a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of oil, sauté garlic till
fragrant, add in mushroom and fry for 30 seconds.
2. Next add in combine Swanson Clear Chicken Broth and water,
bring mixture to boil.
3. Add in oyster sauce and simmer over medium heat for 5
minutes.
4. Lastly add in sea cucumber, baby abalone and black moss,
continue to simmer for another 15 minutes until sea cucumber is slightly soften. Serve hot. |
