Prawn coated with Carbonara Mushroom Sauce infused with Wasabi

Main Ingredients
Large Prawn Meat - 10 pcs
Salt - ¼ tsp
Sugar - ¼ tsp
Sesame oil - ¼ tsp
Egg white - ½ pcs
Corn Flour - 50 g

Prego Carbonara Mushroom Sauce - 100 g
Mayonnaise - 300 g
Condense milk - 50 g
Wasabi paste - 30 g
Fresh Lemon jus - 30 g

Coriander leaves

1. Bring Prego Carbonara Mushroom Sauce mixed together (keep in fridge)
2. Marinated prawn meat with salt, sugar, sesame oil and egg white then coated with corn flour and deep-fried with hot oil till cook about 1 minute and mixed immediately into Prego Carbonara Mushroom Sauce
3. Garnish with coriander leave
