Egg Omelet stuffed with minced pork

Main Ingredients
Eggs - 4 eggs
Minced pork - 100 gm
Carrot, diced ,poached - ¼ cup
Snow pea, poached - ¼ cup
Garlic, chopped - 2 cloves

Oyster sauce - ½ tbsp
Prego tomatoes mushroom sauce - ½ cup
Sugar - ½ tsp
White pepper powder - a dash
Cornstarch solution - 1-2 tbsp
( made from corn flour 2 tbsp mix with water 3 tbsp )
Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp

Coriander leaf - 1 sping

Serving: 4-5
1. Heat up wok add oil about 1-2 tbsp then add garlic stir a bit.
2. Add minced pork stir when pork cooked add carrot , snow pea.
3. Add Prego sauce and seasoning with oyster, sugar, pepper powder.
4. Thicken with cornstarch solution and set as side
5. Beaten the eggs and add a dash of salt.
6. Heat up non- stick pan add a bit of oil just enough for coated up pan.
7. When pan hot pour beaten eggs about 1/3 of amount and roll the pan to let the egg spread thinly lower the heat.
8. When egg sheet start to dry put the stuffing about 1/3 of amount in the center of egg sheet and fold up and flip to plate, garnish with coriander leaf.
