Swanson Vegetable Broth

1 can (396g) Swanson Vegetable Broth
4 packets (320g) Udon Noodle
100 g Chye Xin
50 g Carrot (Cut Into Flower Shape)
60 g Homeji Mushroom
60 g Broccoli Floret
1 Slice Ginger
185 ml Water
Pinch Salt and Pepper

55 g Ripened Tomato Strips

1) Heat up a pot with water, add ginger and Swanson Vegetable Broth and bring to a boil. Add in the carrot, mushroom, chye xin and broccoli to cook.
2) Add in the udon noodle and gamish with tomato strips. Ready to be served.
