Swanson Chicken Broth

Minced Meat Noodle

1packet Swanson Clear Chicken Broth (1L)
200gm Plain noodle, yuan Chun Noodles, pre-blanched
2cups Water
2tbsp White onion, diced
120gm Pork, minced
3tbsp White cabbage, thinly diced
1whole Green apple, peeled and cut into 1.5cm by 1.5cm cube (Optional: use water chestnut)
Pinch Sugar
1tbsp Sesame oil
1whole Egg, beaten
2tbsp Cornflour

4stalks Cai Xin flower, pre-blanched

Preparation Time: 12 minutes
Serving: 2 persons
Combine all the ingredients together except Swanson Chicken Broth and water; mix well. Roll into mini balls. Put Swanson Chicken Broth and water to a boil; add in the balls of minced pork to cook for 4-5 minutes. Scoop out and leave it aside. Add in the cooked noodles to warm up and add in the pork balls. Garnish and serve hot.
