Seafood Serenade

300g shell pasta, cooked and drained
300g prawns (shelled, halved)
100g broccoli (about 9-10 florets) cut into small florets
100g fresh button mushrooms (sliced)
3 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 jar Prego Traditional Italian Sauce (680g)

4 tbsp red/white wine or cooking wine

Serving: 4
1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a frying pan, saute onion and garlic till soft.
2. Add Prego sauce and bring to a boil. Add wine if desired.
3. Stir in the mushrooms. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add prawns and broccoli. Simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Pour sauce mixture over shell pasta. Serve immediately.
