Swanson Mushroom Chicken Soup

1-Litre pack Swanson 97% Fat Free Chicken Broth
250ml Water
200g skinless Chicken Thigh (cut into pieces)
8cm Chinese Yam (Huaishan/Shanyao sliced 0.5cm)
8cm Carrot (sliced 0.5 cm)
3 Fresh Shitake Mushrooms (halved)
3 Abalone Mushrooms
3 cloves Garlic (roughly chopped)

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving: 3-4
1) In a pot, add Swanson 97% Fat Free Chicken Broth, Water and chopped Garlic.
2) Bring to boil.
3) Add Chicken Thigh pieces.
4) Boil for 5 minutes on medium fire.
5) Add Chinese Yam, Carrot, Shitake and Abalone Mushrooms.
6) Boil for another 5 minutes.
7) Ready to serve.
