Swanson Chicken Broth

Pork Ribs In Sweet Sour Sauce (Daily Dish)

600g Pork Ribs(Ask the Butcher to chop to 2 inches pieces)
1 TBS Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
Coat with Sweet Potato Starch
1/4 tsp Pepper
Oil for deep frying

(B) To Make Sweet Sour Sauce Combine:
1 1/2 cups*SWANSON 97% Fat Free Clear Clear Chicken Broth
2 TBS Sweet Chilli Sauce
3 TBS Tomato Ketchup
6 TBS Rice Vinegar
3 TBS Potato Starch
1 tsp Cooking Oil
1 tsp minced Garlic

(C)For Garnishing
A few slices of canned Pineapple Rings,each cut to 4 pieces.
Some Red glazed Cherries , each cut to 2 pieces.
A sprig of Coriander Leaves

Serving: For 5-6 person , as a dish to be serve with rice

1.Season Pork Ribs with Baking Soda and Salt for 10 minutes.Rinse and drain dry.Coat with Sweet Potato Starch and 1/4 tsp Pepper.Deep fry in hot oil untill Pork Ribs are cooked.Drain off oil and leave aside.

2.Combine *SWANSON 97% Fat Free Clear Clear Chicken Broth , Sweet Chilli Sauce ,Tomato Ketchup, Rice Vinegar,Sugar and 3 TBS Potato Starch.Stir untill Sugar melts.

3.Heat Up 1 tsp Cooking Oil in a non-stick wok.Add in minced Garlic , fry untill fragrant Pour in mixture from step (2).Cook over medium low fire , stirring always untill sauce becomes thick.

4.Add in Pork Ribs to coat in Sweet Sour Sauce.Dish Out to a plate.Garnish with canned Pineapple , with Red Glazed Cherries on the side.Place a sprig of Coriander in the centre.
Ready to serve.
